Week 1: Boost Self Command
Each week, we will focus on one of our senses, learn how to get command of our minds, and recharge our PQ.

Learning how to recognize the judges within our lives, anticipate and discredit them, and reimagine the past.

Week 3: Accomplice Saboteurs
Reflect on the factors that sabotage us, learn how to anticipate them, and reimagine them.

Week 4: Shift To Sage
This week we will discuss sage perspectives, including power, knowledge and inspiration.

Week 5: Boost Sage Powers
Let’s connect with your childhood self, work on empathizing with yourself and others and finding opportunities to use our sage powers.

Week 6: Taking Action
We can innovate and activate our sage powers at any time. This week we focus on putting what we have learned into action.

How do I know if this course is right for me?
If you feel like you are not living up to your potential, or want more out of life, this is the course for you. We’ve had families with teenagers go through it with remarkable outcomes. We’ve had Executive Directors of Non-profits, leaders in the community, and parents go through the program with outstanding results as well. It takes some time and commitment, but you’ll notice a difference in the way you respond to stress or challenges because of what you’ll learn about yourself through this program. As a PQ Coach, we had to go through the program before we went through training. It continues to be a positive part of my life and understanding of my own saboteurs.
Should I do coaching sessions with you and take this course?
That’s up to you. I have offered one hour coaching sessions to be used during the 6-week course. It’s a great time for you to get some one-on-one coaching in relationship to what you are learning about yourself through the Mental Fitness program. You do not need to do coaching to receive the benefits of this program, but it’s a great compliment.
What is mental fitness or positive intelligence?
Mental fitness is a measure of the strength of your positive mental muscles (Sage) versus the negative (Saboteur).
This measure of your Mental Fitness is called PQ (Positive Intelligence Quotient).
Research with 500,000 participants has shown PQ to be the best predictor of how happy you are and how well you perform relative to your potential.
What is the time commitment each week?
Each week a one-hour video is released on Saturday that can be watched anytime over the weekend through the PQ App. We ask that you watch the video before your weekly 30-minute Pod meeting that will occur sometime between Sunday evening and Tuesday morning, depending on your Pod’s availability. PQ Reps start on Tuesday and continue through Friday. Each PQ Rep is about 2 minutes and are best practiced throughout the day (about 10-15 minutes of your time Tuesday-Friday).
